Scope of this policy

This policy applies to visitors of this website, to people who contact us through the form or by email, to models and creators who apply to us or work with us, and to business partners and service providers.

It does not cover data that we process solely on behalf of and on the instructions of a client. In that case the respective client provides the information about the processing.

This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated or as long as statutory retention periods require.

We delete application data including uploaded photos as soon as it is no longer needed to process your enquiry. If a collaboration comes about, we keep contract and accounting records for as long as the statutory periods require.

For security reasons this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol and by the address starting with https://. This means the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.

Our services are aimed exclusively at persons aged 18 and over. The application form does not accept a date of birth that results in an age below 18. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors. Should we nevertheless receive such data, we delete it.

Where we link to external websites or platforms, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there. We are not responsible for their content or their data processing.
